WE ARE CURRENTLY ADHERING TO GOVERNMENT LOCKDOWN CONDITIONS SO CASTLES WILL NOT BE DELIVERED BEFORE 30TH MAY 2020.

 

WE HAVE NOW RECEIVED FURTHER GUIDANCE AND WILL BE OPERATING FOR OUTDOORS ONLY (GRASS, GARDENS ETC) FROM 1ST JUNE 2020. PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW BEFORE HIRING AND USE.

Please take time to read this as this will affect both parties, from us to the hirer.

If we feel social distancing of minimum 2m cannot be maintained, we have the right to refuse set up and the booking will be cancelled.


To save time and tears please make sure you can adhere to these conditions:-

 

  • All castles must be delivered adhering to strict social distancing measures. 

  • All castles must be delivered through a side entrance or a garage. No inflatables will be delivered through houses. 

  • All persons accepting delivery/collection must be minimal. Adhering to social distancing 2m rules. 

  • All castles delivered to public venues, communal area gardens, halls/clubs or schools, must have written permission or an email to have an inflatable on-site. Venues may open but may have strict conditions of do's & don'ts, so it is your responsibility to find out and maintain. Please do not presume. Social distancing measures will be in place for a while. Councils and Housing Associations properties/land are included in this. 

  • All castles will be disinfected when erected and will include mats. Please allow time for this to dry before using. 

  • All insurance/disclaimer regulations apply.

  • All castles will be erected and customers will be given a social distance briefing and will be required to do a full walk around on there own to ensure it is secure and pegged please have a pen or a pair of gloves. 

  • All castles are erected and in the event of the Authority or Police shutting your event down payment will stand. You will need to call us ASAP as authorities may want to explain there stand on this. 

  • All castle slides collected must be done with social distancing - minimum people preferably none in the inflatable area ie in garden. 

  • All payment is upon delivery.

  • Due to a partial lockdown being lifted all castles will need to be collected by 7pm at the latest this will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please think of this when planning times. 

  • no overnight, no late nights. 

  • All castles should be used for house members only. 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure participants are medically fit and use at their own risk. 

  • Covid 19 can live on plastic for up to 4 days- it is advised all inflatables are used by persons who can maintain there own balance to minimise risk. 

  • No bare feet- No Food Drink- No licking of inflatables 

  • All participants should wash their hands/face & arms etc with soapy water prior and after using the inflatable. 

  • No face painting upon castles harbouring bacteria. 

  • All shoes should be left to the side of the inflatable.

  • All our inflatables have a maximum number of participants on them, these are advised on each castle page of our website. You may want to downsize the number of users due to social distancing.

  • A lot of our customers offer us refreshments, food or party bags - we are grateful for this offer but no thankyou at this time.

  • All inflatables are hired by the customer under the knowledge Covid 19 is an airborne bacteria and can be contracted. Mr M Bouncy Castles are tested and insured, but not for peoples personnel medical/mental health. In the event of a COVID-19 outbreak at your venue use it at your own risk.
